Our Soho Estate Engagement & Party Package inclusions comprise:
Soho Estate Event Access
- Exclusive use of your Soho Estate precinct for the duration of your celebration for guests
- All ceremony & drinks areas cater for up 150 guests (unless noted)
Venue/Location Access for Party Planning
- Party hirers, planners & "helpers" are welcome to visit Soho as often as they wish (by appointment & within reason) to help with their planning and preparation
Venue/Location Access for Planning and Set-up
- 1 day prior event access for suppliers, caterers, “helpers” (9am to 5pm)
Venue/Location Clean-up Access
- 1 day post-event access for cleaners, suppliers, caterers, “helpers” (9am to 5pm)

You have a choice of unique and flexible formal and casual spaces for your cocktails and drinks including:

- Ceremony Lake Lawn and Gardens
Equipment / Furniture
- Timber tables for food serving & limited dining chair seating (cross-back timber dining style) (includes set-up and pack-up)
- Outdoor “Reel Tables” & umbrellas, “wine barrel” tables and stool seating (limited garden casual tables/seating - not designed for seated dining)
Your Personal Event Manager
- Your personal Soho Event Manager, responsible for the co-ordination of the pre-event & on-the-day aspects of your event
Food and Beverage
- Access to our preferred list of food and beverage vendors
- Support for any of your preferred food and beverage vendors
“Fun and Games” and Social Activities
- Outdoor lawn based “party” games (eg Giant Jenga, bocce, giant tic-tac-toe)
Other inclusions
- Toilet facilities for guests (luxury portable toilet style)
- Signage to direct guests within the property (eg parking, party, “fun and games”, etc)
- Outside festoon, walkway lighting and standard reception venue decorative lighting
- On-site parking for up to 150 cars
