Our Full Wedding Packages are based on the length of your celebration (One-Day, Short-Weekend or Long-Weekend) and the number of guests (excluding the wedding party).
These packages do not include food and beverage catering, celebrant or photography (but include almost everything else).
To determine your food and beverage catering costs, our Soho event management team will work with you to help you understand your options and help you develop a plan that suits your style and budget.
Remember, the Soho Estate team is here to take the stress out of your wedding celebration - not just in the days and weeks before - but to ensure the whole wedding planning process is smooth and stress-free.
One-Day Wedding
12 hours (eg 11am to 11pm)

All our Soho Full Wedding package inclusions include the following:
Soho Wedding Event Access (one-day, short-weekend or long-weekend)
- Exclusive use of Soho Estate for the duration of your celebration for wedding couple and guests
Venue/Location Access for Wedding Planning
- Couples and their wedding planners & "helpers" are welcome to visit Soho as often as they wish (by appointment & within reason) to help with their planning and preparation
Venue/Location Access for Planning and Set-up
- 2 days prior event access for suppliers, caterers, “helpers” (9am to 5pm)
Venue/Location Clean-up Access
- 1 day post-event access for cleaners, suppliers, caterers, “helpers” (9am to 5pm)
Ceremony Spaces – Outdoor
Choose from four or more breathtaking ceremony locations, including:
- Rose Rotunda & Rose Gardens (up to 100 seated + 100 standing)
- Ceremony Lake, Gardens & Lawn (up to 100 seated + 100 standing)
- Front Homestead Lawn (up to 100 seated + 200 standing)
- Oak Lawn (up to 100 seated + 100 standing)
Ceremony Spaces – Indoor/Under Cover
Choose from several beautiful indoor and undercover ceremony locations, including:
- Carriage House and Terrace Pavillion (indoor - up to 60 seated and 100 standing)
- Main House Veranda (undercover - up to 20 seated + 80 standing)
Wedding Photography Locations
- Exclusive access to the whole estate, with dozens of breathtaking photography locations
Cocktail Party/Drinks - Casual Outdoor Spaces
You have a choice of unique and flexible formal and casual spaces for your cocktails and drinks including:
- Oak Lawn (up to 200 people standing)
- Front Homestead Lawn (up to 350 people standing)
- Ceremony Lake Lawn and Gardens (up to 350 people standing)
- Swimming Pool Area (up to 100 people standing)
Wedding Reception Spaces/Precincts
Our Reception spaces/precincts include indoor reception guest seating, bridal table, bar area, dance floor and adjoining garden & lawn areas for pre/post-reception mingling and garden games.
- Carriage House, Terrace Pavillion (up to 150 seated guests + wedding party; or 200 standing)
- Front Homestead Lawn (up to 250 standing guests with optional marquee hire)
Accommodation/Day of Event Preparation
Access to Soho Estate accommodation/preparation locations
- “Bridal Cottage” – 2 bedroom (queen bed and 2x single beds) sleeps up to 4
- Available for One-Day, Short-Weekend and Long-Weekend Packages
- “Shearers Quarters” – 3 bedroom (2x queen beds and 3x king single bunks/6 beds) sleeps up to 10)
- Available for Short-Weekend and Long-Weekend Packages
- All linen/towels/bedding for all Soho accomodation
- Discounted accommodation at our local resort accommodation partners
Equipment / Furniture
- Ceremony chairs (cross-back timber dining style) for up to 100 (includes set-up and pack-up)
- Ceremony signing table and two chairs
- Wedding arbour
- Reception - Rectangular French-trestle style timber tables to seat up to 150 (set-up & configured as per requirements)
- Reception – Cross-back timber dining chairs for up to 150 guests (set-up & configured as per requirements)
- Wedding Party table – Rectangular French-trestle style timber table and cross-back chairs
- Children’s highchairs
- Outdoor “Reel Tables” & umbrellas, “wine barrel” tables and stool seating (limited garden casual tables/seating - not designed for reception seating)
- Cake knife and stand
Your Personal Event Manager
- Your personal Soho Event Manager, responsible for the co-ordination of the pre-event and on-the-day aspects of your wedding
Food and Beverage
- Access to our preferred list of food and beverage vendors
- Support for any of your preferred food and beverage vendors
“Fun and Games” and Social Activities
- Supply of tennis racquets and tennis balls
- Outdoor lawn based “wedding” games (eg Giant Jenga, bocce, giant tic-tac-toe)
Wedding Planning Tools
- Planning tools: floor plans, itinerary, supplier list
Other inclusions
- Toilet facilities for guests (luxury portable toilet style)
- Signage to direct guests within the property (eg parking, ceremony, reception, “fun and games”, etc)
- Outside festoon, walkway lighting and standard reception venue decorative lighting
- On-site parking for up to 150 cars
Catering & drinks are not included (alcohol service requires RSA staff).
